For this infraction you were disqualified from 3rd and placed 5th. You are hereby suspended for 8 days from April 29, 2024 through May 6, 2024. However, having appeared before representatives of the NYS Gaming Commission and having waived your right to appeal, the suspension has been reduced to 3 days from April 29, 2024 through May 1, 2024. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
