| Ruling Text: Lance Hudson was the trainer of record for the horse Pure Silky #5 in the 11th Race at Yonkers Raceway on 3/19/2024.Post race analysis of tag number CV3510509 and seal number R2926883 contained Ketoprofen that exceeded the allowable level permitted.Pure Silky finished 1st and is hereby disqualified and placed last.Having appeared before a representative of NYSGC and waived his right to a formal hearing and right to appeal and split sample,Lance Hudsons's 15 day suspension and $500.00 fine is reduced to 7 days (April 17,2024 through and including April 23,2024) and a $250.00 fine. During the term of suspension,Lance Hudson is denied the privelege of and access to all grounds under the supervision of the NYSGC.Lance Hudson is also ordered to return all purse monies earned from the above mentioned race($10,000.00).Pure Silky shall be required to provide a negative sample prior to being permitted to enter to qualify or race.No trainer transfers of horses under Lance Hudson's care will be permitted during the term of the suspension |
