For this infraction, your horse was disqualified from 2nd and placed 5th. Due to this violation, you are hereby suspended 8 days from March 18, 2024 until March 25, 2024. However, having appeared before representatives of the NYS Gaming Commission and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension has been reduced to 3 days from March 18, 2024 until March 20, 2024. |
