Nicholas Devita,as trainer of record  for the horse One Crazy Guy ,6th place finisher in the 6th Race on February 15,2024 at Yonkers Raceway, is hereby assessed the penalty of $1000.00 and suspended for a period of 60 days.Pre-race analysis of the sample submitted indicated that the TC02 level exceeded the allowable level permitted in the above stated rules.Having appeared before a NYSGC representative and waived the right to a formal hearing and appeal and a 72 hour quarantine, One Crazy Guy finished 6th is hereby disqualified and placed last.The horse One Crazy Guy,must submit to 6 hour pre-race detention for a period of 6 months,05/02/2024 through 11/01/2024,without regard to whether the horse is transferred to a new owner or trainer.The horse must also test in compliance with the above stated rules each time raced during the required pre-race detention period.During the term of suspension,Nicholas Devita will be denied the privilege of and access to all grounds under the supervision of the NYSGC.All horses owned or trained by Nicholas Devita shall be denied the privilege of participating in racing during the term of the suspension without transfer to other licensee(s) approved by the Judges.Suspended:03/03/2024 to 05/01/2024 (60 days) Fined:$1000.00
