| Ruling Text: Jordan Derue while driving #4 GAME BUSTER in the 4th Race at Saratoga Harness on February 19, 2024, did, after the half mile pole, move out where clearance did not exist, causing interference to #1 CAUGHT YA LOOKING. GAME BUSTER who finished 3th, was disqualified and placed 7th. Having appeared before a representative of the NYSGC and waiving his right to a formal hearing and right to appeal, Jordan Derue’s 8 day driving suspension is hereby reduced to a 3 day driving suspension to be served February 29, 2024 through and including March 2, 2024. Further violations of this nature may result in greater penalties. This is a driving suspension only. Violation 4117.4 (a) |
