| Ruling Text: Joseph Chindano Jr. while driving #5 MAGNIFICENT CHAPTER in the 1st race on 02/26/2024 at Monticello Raceway came out without clearance after the 3/4 pole causing #7 JUMPSHOT to make a break resulting in disqualification from 1st to 7th position. Joseph Chindano Jr. is hereby suspended for 8 days (driving privileges only). Having appeared before a representative of NYSGC and waiving the right to a formal hearing and appeal the driving suspension is hereby reduced to 3 days February 28, 2024 through March 1, 2024 inclusive. |
