| Ruling Text: On 10/11/2023, in the 2nd race at Batavia Downs, Mr Swift as Driver of the #5 HENRICO, did pull to the outside after the half and Interfered with #6 BNGS EXPRESS. Mr Swift finished 5th, was disqualified and placed 6th. Having reviewed Mr. Swift's previous penalties, and Mr. Swift waived the right to appeal, the suspension has been reduced from eight days to three days.This is a driving suspension only.
