As trainer you did fail to ensure that the horse met the criteria for administration of Furosemide. In addition, you did fail to report the altered sex of the horse causing it to be incorrect in the official program. Mr. Urbanowicz is fined $250.00. Additional violations of this nature may result in increased penalties.
