Post qualifier analysis of the sample submitted resulted in a positive finding for Flunixin at a level higher than the allowable threshold. Having appeared before a representative of the NYSGC and waived the right to a formal hearing and appeal the fine is hereby reduced to $250.00. (1st offense in this category in a 365-day period) |
