For this infraction, your horse was disqualified from 3rd and placed 5th. You are hereby suspended 8 days, from October 28, 2023 until November 4, 2023. However, having appeared before NYS Gaming Commission officials and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension has been reduced to 3 days from October, 28, 2023 until October 30, 2023.
