| Ruling Text: On Saturday, October 14, 2023, while driving the 4 horse, Ponderance, in the 7th race at Vernon Downs, you were observed by NYS Gaming Commission Officials interfering with the 3 horse Crosswind Sammie after the 3/4 pole. Due to this violation, your horse was disqualified from 5th place and placed 8th. For this infraction, you are hereby suspended 8days, from October 18, 2023 until October 25, 2023. However, having appeared before Gaming Commission representatives and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension has been reduced to 3 days, from October 18 until October 20, 2023. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
