| Ruling Text: On 9/30/2023 in the 13th race at Batavia Downs, Mr Bucceri, as the driver of #9 Rearview blue chip,did pull to the outside after the half without suffient clearance and interfered with #4 Santana Beach and #6 My Money Honey. Mr Bucceri finished 3rd and was disqualified and placed 7th. Having reviewed Mr Bucceri's previous penalties, (2nd Offence in this catergory in 365) and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension has been reduced from eight days to five days. Further violations of this nature will result in greater penalties. This is a DRIVING suspension only.
