For this infraction you were disqualified from 3rd and placed 6th. For this infraction, you are hereby suspended 8 days from October 11, 2023 until October 18, 2023. However, after appearing before representatives of the New York State Gaming Commission and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension has been reduced to 3 days from October 11 2023 until October 13, 2023. |
