| Ruling Text: As the driver of #4 DENMARK SEELSTER in the 4th race on Friday, Sept 1,2023, at Batavia Downs, Mr. Mcneight III interfered with #7 HONOR ME, after the quarter pole. Mr. Mcneight III finished 4th and was disqualified and placed 8th. Having reviewed Mr. Mcneight's previous penalties, and having Mr. Mcneight waive his right to appeal, Mr. Mcneight's suspension has been reduced from an eight day suspension to a five day suspension. Further violation will result in greater penalties.This is a driving suspension only. |
