| Ruling Text: While driving #1 STONE WALL in the 5th race at Vernon Downs on September 4, 2023, you moved to the outside before the 3/4 pole when proper clearance didn't exist causing interference to #6 GAYLE'S ARSENAL. There was no placing because your horse finished behind the offended horse. Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission and waiving your right to a formal hearing and right to appeal, your 8 day driving suspension is reduced to a 3 day driving suspension to be served September 6, 2023 through and including September 8, 2023. This is a driving suspension only. |
