For this violation, you were disqualified from 1st and placed 4th. You are hereby suspended 8 days from August 30, 2023 until September 6, 2023. However, having appeared before representatives of the New York State Gaming Commission and having waived your right to appeal your suspension has been reduced to 4 days, from August 30, 2023 until September 2, 2023. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
