Due to this action, your horse was disqualified from 3rd and placed 8th. For this infraction, you are hereby suspended 8 days, from September 1, 2023 until September 8, 2023. However, having waived your right to appeal your suspension has been reduced to 3 days from September 1, 2023 until September 3, 2023. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
