Due to this infraction, your horse was disqualified from 3rd and placed 4th. For this violation, you are hereby suspended 8 days from July 5, 2023 until July 12, 2023. However, after appearing before a representative of the New York State Gaming Commission and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension has been reduced to 3 days, from July 5, 2023 until July 7, 2023. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
