Mr. Sowers is hereby issued a $500 fine and a 3 day driving suspension to be served May 5, 2023 through and including May 7, 2023 (3rd kicking violation within 365 days). Further violations of this nature will result in greater penalties. This is a DRIVING suspension only. |
