| Ruling Text: Mr. Petrelli failed to honor the declaration he made on his horse MASON STREET, which was programmed to race in the 10th Race at Saratoga Harness on April 3, 2023. This resulted in a late scratch. Furthermore, the horse MASON STREET shall be eligible to be claimed for $15,000 it's next start in New York State within 30 days of the scratch. Mr. Petrelli is hereby fined $250. Further violations of this nature may result in greater penalties. |
