| Ruling Text: Mr. Derue while driving #4 CHAPERIDGE in the 9th Race at Saratoga Harness on February 26, 2023, was in violation of the whipping rule in the stretch. This is Mr. Derue's 3rd whipping violation within 365 days. Mr. Derue is hereby issued a $500 fine and a 3 day DRIVING suspension to be served March 6, 2023 through and including March 8, 2023. Further violations of this nature will result in greater penalties. This is a driving suspension only. |
