| Ruling Text: On Saturday, 24, 2022, while driving the 1 horse, Blue Spanx at Batavia Downs, you were observed by NYS Gaming Commission officials impeding the progress of the 6 horse, Stranger Things. Due to this infraction, your horse was disqualified from 1st and placed 2nd. Because of this disqualification, you are hereby suspended 8 days from October 30, 2022 through November 6, 2022. However, after appearing before NYS Gaming Commission officials and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension has been reduced to 3 days from October 30, 2022 through Novemeber 1, 2022. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
