This is Mr. Hennessey's 2nd whipping violation in New York State within 365 days. Mr. Hennessey is hereby issued a $250 fine and a 1 day driving suspension to be served October 15, 2022. This is a driving suspension only. Further violations of this nature will result in greater penalties. |
