| Ruling Text: Mr. Fluet while driving #1 GENERATION SISSIE in the 3rd Race at Saratoga Harness on September 26, 2022, did allow his wheel to go inside 2 consecutive pylons after the 3/4 pole, was lapped on at the finish, thus gaining an unfair advantage. GENERATION SISSIE finished 5th, was disqualified and placed 6th for a pylon violation. Mr. Fluet is hereby fined $100. Further violations of this nature may result in greater penalties. |
