| Ruling Text: Mr. Stalbaum while driving #6 MALIBU KID in the 1st Race at Saratoga Harness, was in violation of the whipping rule in the stretch. This Mr. Stalbaum's 2nd whipping violation in New York State within a 365 day period. Mr. Stalbaum is hereby fined $250 and issued a 1 day driving suspension to be served September 30, 2022. This is a driving suspension only. Further violations of this nature will result in greater penalties. |
