| Ruling Text: Mr. Fluet while driving #2 BET ON A DREAM in the 8th Race at Saratoga Harness on September 9, 2022, did whip his horse in an excessive manner in the stretch. Mr. Fluet is hereby fined $500 and issued a 3 day driving suspension to be served September 19, 2022 through and including September 21, 2022 (3rd offense). Further whipping violations will result in greater penalties. This is a DRIVING suspension only. |
