| Ruling Text: Jim Taggart Jr. while driving #5 "GLAMORGAL" in the 7th Race on 09/01/22 at Monticello Raceway dropped down without clearance after the start, causing #2 "ALL ABOUT RUSTY" to make a break resulting in disqualification from 3rd to 7th position. Mr. Taggart is hereby suspended (driving privileges only) 8 days reduced to 3 days without appeal. Any further violations of this nature will result in greater penalty. |
