| Ruling Text: Mr. Long while driving #7 OCTAVE in the 5th Race at Saratoga Harness on September 3, 2022, was in violation of the whipping rules in the stretch. This is Mr. Long's 4th whipping violation in New York State within the past 365 days. Mr. Long is hereby fined $1,000 and issued a 10 day DRIVING suspension to be served September 13, 2022 through and including September 22, 2022. Further violations of this nature will result in greater penalties. This is a DRIVING suspension only. |
