Your horse finished fifth, was disqualified and placed 8th. Having reviewed your previous penalties and you having waived your right of appeal your driving suspension has been reduced from eight days to four days. On June 26, you are eligible to drive in only stakes and featured overnight races. This is a DRIVING suspension only. |
