For this violation, you are hereby suspended 8 days, from June 19, 2022 until June 26, 2022. However, having appeared before a representative of the New York State Gaming Commission and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension has been reduced to 5 days, from June 19, 2022 until June 23, 2022. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
