| Ruling Text: Shane Darish while driving #7 "Fair Warning" in the 6th Race at Monticello Raceway dropped down without clearance before the 1/2, causing #5 "Sneaky Sunrizer" to make a break and causing confusion to trailing horses, resulting in disqualification from 5th to 7th position. Mr Darish is suspended (driving privileges only) 10 days reduced to 7 days without an appeal. Any further violations of this nature will result in greater penalty. |
