For this infraction, your horse was disqualified and placed from 3rd to 7th. You are hereby suspended from May 8, 2022 until May, 15 2022. However, having appeared before a representative of the New York State Gaming Commission and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension was reduced from 8 days to 5 days. May 8, 2022 until May 12, 2022. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
