| Ruling Text: Kyle Dibenedetto, while driving #5 "KING JIMMY," in the 7th Race at Monticello Raceway on May 2, 2022, came out without clearance at the top of the stretch, hooking wheels with and causing interference to #7 "HUNTERS GAL," resulting in disqualification from 1st to 2nd position. Mr Dibenedetto is hereby suspended for 8 days reduced to 3 days (driving privileges only) without an appeal. Any further violations of this nature will result in Greater Penalty. |
