| Ruling Text: Fredereick Bourgault having appeared before a representative of the NYSGC and waiving his right to a formal hearing and appeal is hereby suspended (driving priviledges only) for 3 days and fined the sum of $300. Mr. Bourgault while driving #3 "GREY BELL" in the 6th Race failed to keep a line in each hand and whipped one handed before the 3/4 pole. Any further violations of this nature will result in greater penalty. |
