| Ruling Text: Mr. Long while driving #6 ROBYN CAMDEN in the 6th Race at Saratoga Harness on June 30, 2021, did move to his left without proper clearance after the start, and caused #1 COME GET THE CASH to go off-stride. COME GET THE CASH then failed to finish the race. ROBYN CAMDEN finished 4th and was disqualified and ruled out. Mr. Long is hereby issued a 8 day driving suspension (reduced to 3 days) and issed a $100 fine without appeal. Further violations of this nature will result in greater penalties. |
