| Ruling Text: While driving # 3 ALWAYSROCKWITHROLL at Vernon Downs in race # 7 on 6/19/21 Mr. long did come out late after the 3/4 mark and cause interference with another horse, hooking wheels, and popping his tire. ALWAYSROCKWITHROLL finished 4th but was placed 8th for this infraction. Mr. Long has waived his right to an appeal, therefore, he has been suspended for (8) days reduced to (3). This is a driving suspension only. |
