This action caused the five horse and seven horse to go off stride. For this violation of rule 4117.4 {E}, you were disqualified from 1st and placed in 8th. You are hereby suspended eight days from June 3, 2021 to June 10, 2021. Having appeared before a Gaming Commission representative and having waived your right to appeal, your suspension is reduced to four days. |
