| Ruling Text: Mr. Sardella is a licensed trainer of the NYSGC and has been found to be in violation of Rule # 4120.6 which states no person shall be in possession of any equipment which may be used for hypodermic injection or other infusion into a horse or any vial , bottle , or cartridge designed for such purposes. State Investigators conducted a random barn search on 3/29/21 and this was the result of that search. Mr. Sardella has waived his right to an appeal therefore , he has been suspended from participation for (60) days reduced to (30) and been fined $500.00 reduced to $250.00. |
