Mrs. Gray has returned the purse for 2nd place and was disqualified for this violation of rule # 4120.1 (d) of the NYSGC. Mrs. Gray has waived her right to an appeal, therefore , she has been fined the amount of $ 1,000.00 reduced to $ 500.00 and suspended for (15) days reduced to (7). |
