| Ruling Text: On July 4th during the stretch drive for the 9th race while driving your mount #1 Sir Richie N you did violate 9 NYRCC §§ 4117.8.(c). At the Request of the Presiding Judge this horse was examined by the State Vet and whip mark/marks were discovered. Having been fined and warned on several occasions your are hereby fined $250 dollars and suspended for 8 race days starting on July 29 with the final day being August 15. Having waved your rights to Appeal, your suspension is recinded and your fine afixed at $250. Any further violation of this rule will result in an escalation of fines and the addition of a Suspension. |
