| Ruling Text: Mr. Wade Tomaszewski as a result of your action on #4 Major Authority in the 13th race at Buffalo on July 4th approaching the ¼ pole we find that you are in violation of 9 NYRCC §§ 4117.4. (e) Taking back quickly in front of a horse or a field of horses so as to cause confusion or interference among the trailing horses and (m) Causing any horse or a field of horses to excessively slow down.
In an effort to allow #8 Howmacsblackjack to clear at the 1\4 pole you did take up your horse excessively, your action did cause confusion among the trailing horses. Your horse finished first (1st) but was disqualified and place eight (8th) behind all offended horses.
Having withdrawn your appeal you are hereby suspended from August 2nd until August 11th. This is a driving suspension only. |
