Ruling Text:
On Saturday, June 20, 2020, while paddocking the #5 horse Gotameeting, you failed to stop at the assigned security checkpoint. While going through the checkpoint, you were seen without proper personal protective equipment which is a violation of safety protocols placed by the New York State Gaming Commission (9 NYCRR § 4116.9, 9 NYCRR § § 4119.1). After being summoned to the paddock office to speak with the judges, you returned to the security gate to initiate and argument. Both instances are a clear violation of rule 9 NYCRR § 4116.9, and 9 NYCRR § 4119.1 which requires all licensees of the commission to "conduct themselves in a forthright, gentlemanly manner at all times while on or near the premises of a licensed harness race track during the operation of a licensed harness race meeting." You are hereby fined $250 reduced to $100.
Fined: $100.00
