| Ruling Text: Andrew Monti, you are suspended for 8 days starting on June 14th and ending June 22nd. While driving #7 Trotting R T in race # 8 on Wednesday June 10, 2020 at Buffalo Raceway, you did cross over sharply and interfere with #3 Keystone Apache just after the start and cause that horse to break its gait. This is a violation of 9 NYCRR §§ 4117.4. (k)
However, having waived your rights to an appeal, your suspension has been reduced to 4 days starting June 14th and ending on Wednesday June 17th.
