| Ruling Text: This is in regards to the horse (Casual Cool) trained by you, that raced in qualifying races on 9/20/19 and 9/27/19. The race day plasma samples from the horse had flunixin in excess of 20 ng/ml, including an assessment of the measurement uncertainty and imprecision of thye quantitative threshold, in violation of 9 NYCRR 4120.3 (a) (10). You are hereby fined the sum of $500 for the first offense on 9/20 and $1000 for the second offense on 9/27. |
