Having waived his right to an appeal, Jockey Jaime Rodriguez is suspended for 3 racing days effective Monday, July 20, 2020 through Wednesday, July 22, 2020, inclusive.
PREVIOUS RULING: "Too Many Tales" (#2), ridden by Jockey Jaime Rodriguez, was disqualified from 1st position and placed last for interference in the vicinity of the 1/4 pole, during the running of the 4th race on November 14, 2019.
