This is in violation of rule # 4120.3 of the NYSGC . THE LIGHT IN ME finished 1st and was disqualified and all monies have been redistributed. Mr. Miller has waived his right to an appeal therefore his suspension of (15) days has been reduced to (6) and his fine of $ 1,000.00 has been reduced to $ 500.00. |
