Having withdrawn his appeal, Jockey Luis Colon is suspended for 7 calendar days effective Monday, July 20, 2020 through Sunday, July 26, 2020, inclusive.
PREVIOUS RULING: "Macho Miah" (#1), ridden by Jockey Luis Colon, was disqualified from 1st position and placed 2nd for interfering with "Haudenosaunee" (#5) in the stretch, during the running of the 3rd race on November 11, 2019. Having withdrawn his appeal, Jockey Luis Colon is suspended for 7 calendar days which will be assigned when Finger Lakes Racetrack resumes full time racing in 2020. |
