| Ruling Text: This is in regards to the horse (So So Incredible) trained by you, that raced in a qualifying race on 8/9/19. The race-day plasma sample from the horse had flunixin in excess of 20 ng/ml, including an assessment of the measurement uncertainty and imprecision of the quantitative threshold, in violation of 9 NYCRR § 4120.3(a)(10). Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to a hearing, the fine in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) is reduced to Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00). |
