Rock Icon finished 5th placed 8th as a result of the interference. Having appeared telephonically before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to a hearing, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension of 8 (Eight) days is reduced to 4 (Four) days. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
