| Ruling Text: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that your application for a license to participate in pari-mutuel harness racing as an trainer or otherwise is hereby denied immediately pursuant to Racing Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law § 910.
The New York State Gaming Commission has recognized and is enforcing the denial of your horse racing license by the New Jersey Racing Commission. Such jurisdiction In its Final Decision, dated January 25, 2013, the Commission determined that Mr. Esposito has failed to establish that he possesses the requisite integrity and his suitability for licensure by the NJRC in accordance with NJAC 13:71-7.7 and 13:71-7.27. Therefore, for the reasons set forth in the Commission's Final Decision, dated January 25, 2013, the application of Frederic Esposito for licensure in New Jersey as a driver/trainer is hereby DENIED.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that you may show cause as to why such penalty should not be enforced against you in New York. You may contact the Commission verbally, or in writing, to explain why you do not believe this other jurisdiction’s ruling should be recognized and enforced in New York. The Commission may require you to put your request in writing and submit more information or corroborating documents.
